Pros&Cons Security and Risk Analysis Center (“Pros&Cons”) considers conducting all its activities in accordance with the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability as a fundamental institutional commitment. The organization adopts a zero-tolerance approach toward all forms of bribery, corruption, and fraud, and is committed to implementing the necessary administrative and operational mechanisms to prevent, detect, and address such misconduct.

Pros&Cons acts in compliance with applicable national legislation as well as international ethical and compliance standards. Employees, managers, consultants, and business partners are strictly prohibited from influencing decision-making processes in exchange for personal benefit, accepting improper payments, or engaging in such practices through third parties. Gifts, hospitality, donations, and representation expenses may only be provided under legitimate, reasonable, and transparent conditions. Any practice that may create a conflict of interest or compromise impartiality is strictly prohibited.

To ensure the accuracy and traceability of its financial transactions, the organization applies effective internal control systems, record-keeping and reporting mechanisms, and regular audit procedures. Misuse of resources, forgery, falsification of documents, unauthorized expenditures, personal gain, or irregularities conducted in cooperation with third parties are treated as serious disciplinary violations and may result in legal proceedings where necessary.

Pros&Cons operates secure and confidential reporting mechanisms to enable employees and stakeholders to report suspicious activities. No retaliation will be tolerated against individuals who make reports in good faith. All reports are reviewed impartially, confidentiality is strictly maintained, and findings are evaluated at the management level.

This statement is binding for all personnel, managers, temporary staff, consultants, and contracted partners working under Pros&Cons. The organization commits to promoting awareness, providing necessary training, and periodically reviewing its practices to ensure compliance with this policy.

Pros&Cons management periodically updates this statement in line with legislative changes, institutional needs, and donor requirements. The statement enters into force as of the date of management approval.
